"Error showing tasklist" message when trying to access the tasklist from webcenter (Doc ID 2340676.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to display the tasklist the following error occurs:

Error showing tasklist. Possible reasons could be : 1. SOA server connection information is not available. 2. If it is run in federated mode, the default server may be down.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to worklistapp.
2. Error occurs.
3. Refresh page and error disappears.
4. Wait a few hours and error recurs.

The issue was only noticed when the BPM WorkList application was integrated with WebCenter Portal.
