症状
在Coherence 12.1.3.0.5上，通过REST服务访问缓存数据，在请求的头中设置了 "Content-Type: application/xml;charset=utf-8", 会返回HTTP 406 error, 但是如果设置"Content-Type: application/xml", Server就能正常工作，返回HTTP状态代码是200. 测试用例基于文档 https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1213/coherence/develop-remote-clients/rest_example.htm#COHCG5231 构建。
