Alter extract/ replicat with incorrect syntax do not throw error and due to
this it gets incorrectly assigned to trail file 0

for ex:

EXTRACT <EXTRACT> Last Started 2016-09-09 17:59 Status STOPPED
Checkpoint Lag 00:00:00 (updated 77:29:59 ago)
Log Read Checkpoint File ./dirdat/cl000002
2016-09-20 14:44:05.000000 RBA 3977853

GGSCI (<HOSTNAME>) 4> alter ext <EXTRACT>, extseqno 02, extseqno 0
EXTRACT altered.

GGSCI (<HOSTNAME>) 6> info ext <EXTRACT>, detail

EXTRACT <EXTRACT> Initialized 2016-09-23 20:15 Status STOPPED
Checkpoint Lag 00:00:00 (updated 00:03:17 ago)
Log Read Checkpoint File ./dirdat/cl000000
First Record RBA 3977853

Here instead of using extrba use extseqno twice

alter ext <EXTRACT>, extseqno 02, extrba 0

alter ext <EXTRACT>, extseqno 02, extseqno 0

The extract got altered to trail file sequence 0 wherein it should have been 02.
As it does not generate any syntax error, it went unnoticed that extrba was not used and later found data discrepency issues in the target.
