"CC" Manager In Email When Proxy is Setup for Manager

Goal

Suppose Manager1 has proxy set to "User1" and there is an request event for Manager1.

Now, notification email will be sent out just to to User1.  Is there a way to CC Manager1 if the request is assigned to a Proxy in OIM?
