Symptoms

EBS application running on Exalogic guest Virtual Machine reporting the following error(s).

In Exalogic racks (both physical and virtual), issue of Compute Nodes/Guest vServers throwing below "cannot read file data: Stale file handleInitializing" error is seen.

In scenario listed in this Note, EBS applications hosted on Guest vServers in Virtual rack were throwing "cannot read file data: Stale file handleInitializing" errors
