Site DC1 goes down and servers are off line.
To convert an existing data center type from “Primary” to “clone” and the “clone” data center to a “Primary”,

The guide states deleting the entry in AM_REPLICATION_SETTINGS.

The Questions are:

Question 1) There are 2 schemes for the 2 DCs. Should entries from both schemes be deleted?

Question 2) What is the AM_REPLICATION_SETTINGS?

Question 3) Are the following steps valid?
  a) Start OAM Admin Server
  b) Change DC1 to be a Clone
  c) Update DC1 with changes from DC2
  exportAccessStore/importAccessStore OR exportPolicy/importPolicy
  d) Modify DC1 and make it a Primary
  e) Modify DC2 and make it a Clone
  f) Set up new replication agreement
