Alternative Way To Install Tuxedoo RP Over Damaged Tuxedo

Customer was able to successfully installed RP89 on test servers, but received: '*** Error: '/ps' is incorrectly set. (No registry.xml file exists under this directory.)' when installing on production server. 

This problem is caused by customer copied Tuxedo on production server from test servers.  So customer wants to know whether there is a procedure to install Tuxedo RP089 by copying.
