Symptoms

You have an Exalogic Virtual Rack that is being monitored by Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c.

From the Oracle Management Server (OMS) console, you are attempting to refresh the Exalogic Rack target but encounter the following error in a dialog box:
