When logging into the SOA Worklistapp, the "manager" attribute for some users cannot be resolved

After applying SOA Suite Bundle patch (20900797), user members of the Active Directory "A" cannot log into the BPM Worklistapp, and
the following error occurs.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process Invoices and Instances.
