"invalid password" Error When Custom AD Authenticator is Used with OIM (Doc ID 2343210.1)

Symptoms

When OIM is configured to use external AD server for authentication only xelsysadm is able to login and logins for all other users fails with:


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Configure the OIM to authenticate from external AD.
2. Login in to OIM with xelsysadm, it would login successfull
3. Login with other users , it would throw invalid password.
