Replicate All Causes Federation To Go Into Error State (Doc ID 2343254.1)

Symptoms

Two Coherence clusters are setup as active active participants.

Goal is to replicate all from cluster A to cluster B to restore the caches in Cluster B.

Consistently the federation starts up but then goes into an ERROR state after a minute or so. If we stop federation/start federation/replicate all to resume again - each time 100K entries go across before encountering ERROR.

Below request timeout is thrown in the source cluster A
