Some Shortcuts are not Added to the Start Menu after Infrastructure 12.2.1.3 Installation (Doc ID 2343288.1)

In Infrastructure (12.2.1.2.0), after the installation following group /icons are added in the start menu.

Reconfiguration Wizard
Uninstall Oracle ...
WebLogic Scripting Tool

But in Infrastructure (12.2.1.3.0), just following three groups/icons are added in the start menu.

Oracle FMW - 12.2.1.3.0
Eclipse
Online Documentation
Uninstall ...
