Email Is Invalid When The Number Of Top Level Domain's Characters Is More Than 4

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On "Edit User", an user can change Email address of WebCenter Sites users.
However, if the number of top-level domain's characters is more than 4, the following message is displayed and an user can't change Email address.
For example, if "firstname.lastname@example.org" is input, this issue happens.
