Installation of Oracle Tuxedo Fails with Error 'JRE Location is either invalid or not specified' (Doc ID 2344158.1)

On Tuxedo 12.2.2 version and OS is HP-UX 11.31 ia fail to install Tuxedo, even though the JAVA_HOME is set, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Use script runInstaller
