Can't run the "setup" to install Oracle iPlanet Web Server With --javahome option pointing Newer Version Of JDK7 on Solaris Platform

Symptoms
On : Oracle iPlanet Web Server 7.0.26 version, installation
When attempting to run the "setup" with --javahome option point to the latest releases of JDK7 failing and the following error occurs. This issue only happens on Solaris (sparc and X86) platform.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download iPlanet Web Server 7.0.26 patch
2. Download and install jdk1.7.0_141
3. Run the web server "setup" to install using --javahome option
