Unable to Upload Page Templates to WebCenter Portal 12c (Doc ID 2344457.1)

Symptoms

After exporting a portal asset as an AAR file from JDeveloper 12c, the AAR file is unable to be imported into WebCenter Portal using the Administration page.

The following error shows:

"The asset archive specified is invalid. Specify a valid archive, and try again."
