Session.createTemporaryQueue Raises ORA-00439 (Doc ID 2344723.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.2.0 version, Thin JDBC driver

When using the method session.createTemporaryQueue() from a Java program using JDBC 12.1.0.2, the following error is received:
"oracle.jms.AQjmsException: ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Partitioning"

The program works well against a Database Enterprise Edition, but fails against a Standard Edition.
