Goal

Customer is receiving B2B-50083-document protocol error when trying to process production EDI 850 payload in UAT. (EDI 850-segment delimiter-Carriage return)

When trying to process the same payload with segment delimiter value tilde (~) ,the test is passing without any issue.

UAT : 11.1.1.7.8 Bundle Patchset
Production : 11.1.1.7.0

In Production same attached EDI 850 payloads failed with

Error Code B2B-51507
Error Description Machine Info: (<HOSTNAME>) Data parsed by
dffparser cannot be validated using guideline from X12 standard.
Error Level ERROR_LEVEL_COLLABORATION
Error Severity ERROR
Error Text Incompatibe data and guideline.
