On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Fabric

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The following behavior is seen in the SOA environment:
Policies Attached to an Enterprise Scheduler Service Job Disappear After Server Restart.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After server restart, the previously applied policies should still exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Job Definition
2. Add policy
3. Create Submit Job Request
4. Restart ESS server
5. Observe that the previously created policy is no longer attached.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to reapply policies after every server restart.
