OPatch failed with error code 61

It obviously that under silent mode, OPatch will continue by default with option "Yes" for question "Do you want to proceed? [y|n]

But the answer to question "if rolled back old one and apply new one" will be default with "No". How to make OPatch apply the new one even there has conflicts?
