WebLogic Servers do not Start after the File System has Reached Max Capacity (Doc ID 2345036.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic domain will not start after the file system became full. After the file system became full, the AdminServer with all components will not start. 

The AdminServer-diagnostic shows this error:
