OUD11g - How to Retrieve the User and Operational Attributes for the UIDs Stored in a File? (Doc ID 2345144.1)

Goal

There is an ldif file with example below UIDs,
uid=<TEST_1>_CONSUMER
uid=<TEST_2>_CONSUMER

There is requirement to export only those entries that match the UIDs mentioned in the above file .

For single UID, below command works,
$ export-ldif --includeFilter "(uid=<TEST_1>_CONSUMER)" --backendID userRoot \ --ldifFile <EXPORT.LDIF>

How to make this work for multiple UIDs stored in an ldif/txt file ?

Requirement is also to include the 'operational attributes' and also exclude the specific 'user and operational' attributes from the export file.
