Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.160719 version, Directory Proxy Server

Directory proxy hang.
Run out of workers in queue and it didn't recover from suspend, and run out of file descriptors.
Resolved in restart.

 <DS_INSTANCE>/logs> grep Worker errors
[24/Oct/2017:21:01:01 +0200] - PROCESSING - WARN - WorkerQueue full. Suspending connection handlers
[24/Oct/2017:21:01:56 +0200] - PROCESSING - WARN - WorkerQueue full. Suspending connection handlers
[25/Oct/2017:00:53:01 +0200] - PROCESSING - WARN - WorkerQueue full. Suspending connection handlers


And eventually run out of FDs since it was not handling new connections:

[25/Oct/2017:04:20:36 +0200] - INTERNAL - WARN - I/O exception handling a new connection on listener 0.0.0.0:<LDAP_PORT>: java.io.IOException: Too many open files. Skipping connection.
