Setting up OUD 11g for EUS using DB 12c while utilizing new password storage scheme to support PBKDF2

to configure the eusPasswordScheme.

For this known error - ORA-28276: Invalid ORACLE password attribute - refer to this KM doc which (for OUD 12c) uses JDK/JRE 8 Update 162 (or higher) -
