Symptoms

On: Oracle Tuxedo System and Applications Monitor (also known as TSAM) 12.2.2  Console

Enterprise Manager (also known as EM) Tuxedo Plugin when trying to execute TSAM "Modify UBB" feature for a Tuxedo configured application server, cannot get data from the Tuxedo JMXAgent.
 
Using "Modify UBB" functionality, from the EM console for a Tuxedo Server fails with :


Using "Modify UBB" functionality for a Tuxedo Domain succeeds.
