Debug Level Entries are Not Being Written in SOA Server Logs (Doc ID 2346899.1)

Symptoms

Administrators are attempting to increase the logging level for the Coherence product using the 'tangosol.coherence.log.level=9', however, the logging parameter does not seem to be generating log entries for the associated logging level.

Additional Detail:

-  The parameters for Coherence are properly applied to the setSOADomainEnv.sh script.
-  Using Java API logging; tangosol.coherence.log=jdk
