現象
既存の FMW インストールに新しい FMW パッチセットリリースを適用しようとすると、パッチを成功に適用した後でも、インストールログに次のエラーがに表示されます。

Detail: OPatch failed: ApplySession failed to prepare the system. [[To run in silent mode, OPatch requires a response file for Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM). Please run "<ORACLE_HOME>/OPatch/ocm/bin/emocmrsp" to generate an OCM response file. The generated response filecan be reused on different platforms and in multiple OPatch silent installs.
