Symptoms
On certain client workstations, the scan toolbar is not displaying correctly. The only icons that display are the "Close" and "Send" icons.
The machine is running Windows 10 Enterprise (Education) with IE 11. This was working for about two weeks and then the issue started to occur. When testing using Windows 10 Professional, this issue does not occur. The toolbar does occasionally show up.
Changes
The workstation OS was recently upgraded to Windows 10 Enterprise Edition (Education).
