Symptoms
Exchange Server Application Instance is not revoked when the AD account is revoked. Active Directory Application instance is selected as a parent application Instance to Exchange Server application instance but when the AD Application Instance is revoked the exchange server application instance is not getting revoked.
No process task is triggered for Exchange server app instance.
