Organization's "Provisioned Accounts" Tab Shows Xellerate User Status as Provisioning Instead of Provisioned

Organization "Provisioned Accounts" tab shows Xellerate User resource in Provisioning status instead of Provisioned status.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create user under Xellerate Users org.
2. Go to Xellarate users organization and navigate to "Provisioned Accounts" tab
3. You will see entry for the user with Xellerate User resource having status provisioning.
There is no error in creating the user so Xellerate User resource should be in Provisioned status.
