"NoRowAvailableException" thrown when opening a Portal/UCM folder (Doc ID 2348771.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.171018 version of WebCenter Portal

A User creates a new portal and enables Documents service. After creating a new folder, an information message says folder is created successfully. When user directly clicks the recently created folder, an error message is populated:


An internal error occurred.[[
javax.faces.model.NoRowAvailableException
at javax.faces.model.ListDataModel.getRowData(ListDataModel.java:149)
at org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.model.SortableModel.getRowData(SortableModel.java:127)

 

Due to this issue, users cannot click document folders.
