Ques1. How to archive/move the old files to another disk? How to make old files offline?

Ques2: Which layer to archive files? Did you mean archive via database to export? Or can some tools be used to do it? Or WCC itself provide the archiving function? 

Ques3: After export the the archive, can user search the files in archive via some tool? Can WCC also access the archive to search files?

Ques4: Is there some other tools to move partitions which store the files from fast disk to a slower disk, and release the fast disk for the newly coming files?
