Symptoms

Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) Outlook Integration (OI) crashes while checking emails into the WebCenter Content Server (WCC) using the DIS > WebCenter Content ribbon > Check In Mail Items.  This only happens while using the Content UI (ADF) connection from DIS to WCC.

Windows Event logging error:
===========================
Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'OnRibbonBtnClicked' callback of the 'IRibbonControl' interface while calling into the 'Oracle WebCenter Content - Microsoft Outlook Integration' add-in.

Configuration:
===============
DIS build 12.2.1.1248
Windows client: Windows 7
MS Office: 2010

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check-in emails via Outlook to WCC many times.
2. Eventually Outlook will crash and report the following error in the Window Event log.
--- Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'OnRibbonBtnClicked' callback of the 'IRibbonControl' interface while calling into the 'Oracle WebCenter Content - Microsoft Outlook Integration' add-in.
