" too many parse errors" Error Filling Up In OIM Database Alert Logs

The alert logs for the OIM DB fill with "too many parse errors" messages. These do not appear to be related to any issue in the OIM or SOA logs and the messages will start to show in the alert logs after simply starting the managed servers in the OIM domain.
The alert log messages can be related one or both of:
PARSE ERROR with error=6576 and call edn_dequeue_oaoo_delivery3
PARSE ERROR with error=6553 and call edn_dequeue_bus_event.
