" too many parse errors" Error Filling Up In OIM Database Alert Logs

Symptoms

"too many parse errors" error is seen in the OIM DB logs. One has tried to apply SOA bundle <patch 26374050> (SOA BP170629) but the following error remains:

1. Install the SOA Bundle Patch
2. Verify the DB alert logs
