On Access Wiki - Getting Waring Popup

Symptoms
On WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.9.8 with <Patch 26676275> applied.
When clicking a Wiki link a warning popup is displayed. After clicking OK on the popup, the Wiki can still be used to complete tasks.
The Wiki page has been customized through JDeveloper by Content Repository Document Manager.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Access Wiki page by IE 11
2. When access Wikipedia tab
3. Pop up window appears
On pop up page, message indicated:
1. Unable to open the editor
2. The document or folder no longer exists
3. Please refresh to see the latest content (View>Refresh Content)
Due to this issue, users need to click OK pop up window every time.
