File Permissions On DBFS File System When dbfs_create_file.sql Is Used For GoldenGate

Goal

On : 12.2.0.1.0 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend

When a folder is created under the dbfs_file system using dbfs_create_file.sql, the permissions on the folder is 777 and owned by root:root . Is there script which needs changed or is ownership of folder be changed?

Example. of permissions after dbfs_create_file,sql is executed

abc@xyz:/odb/od1/dbfs_pme0706>ls -ltr
total 0
drwxrwxrwx 3 root root 0 Aug 20 2016 gg_tmp_src
drwxrwxrwx 11 root root 0 Jan 8 00:34 gg_source
