Symptoms

A specific vendor available in EBS is not available in the WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Vendor Pool.   A manual import of the vendor pool was attempted, but the issue didn't resolve.

The vendor is available in po_vendors table in EBS, but is not available in XX_OFR_SUPPLIERS_V table.
