DIP Connector is Not Synchronizing Changes...Additions Work Fine (Doc ID 235180.1)

Symptoms


This issue can occur in any DIP connector that relies on changelog entries as the source and is relevant in all current releases of Oracle Internet Directory Directory Integration Platform.


In a DIP synchronization setup the following conditions occur:

Symptom: Additions are properly synhronized while changes are not.

Symptom: Error in Import.trc is "unable to construct DN"

Changes

A change in attribute mapping from the default mapping rules for the associated DIP profile connector.
