Symptoms

During the import of certain PDF file, the system is reporting the below error. 

Image export failed with code 3.. Your system may be lacking a required X Windows component, such as libXm.so.3, which is required by libos_xwin.so. Ensure that your system has either openmotif-2.3.2+ or lesstif-0.9.x+ installed.

Enterprise Capture has been installed on a windows 2008 R2 server. How can this be resolved for a Windows server?
