Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c, when attempting to populate an empty work repository with a Deployment archive, the initialization fails after some time and the following error occurs:

Steps followed:

  1. Create the deployment archive.
  2. Using ODI Studio, log in to an empty work repository.
  3. From the drop down menu, select Team, Deployment Archives, Initialize Deployment Repository.
