Symptoms

Remove Audit Log Entries, OIM Data Purge and Delayed Delete User Schedule Jobs starts but don't stop even when one sets a maximum execution time. Even if the jobs stop, it runs for for a long period: 10+ hours. 

And there is no error message in the logs to see why this is happening.
