Tomcat Enterprise Data Quality Server\EDQ Will Not Start on 12.2.1.3 or Later (Doc ID 2354401.1)

Symptoms

In a new installation of Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) 12.2.1.3 or later with Apache Tomcat, the EDQ service does not start.  The following errors raised in the Tomcat Catalina log file. 




Changes

 On installation of EDQ Version 12.2.1.3 with Tomcat Application Server.
