OID 12c Search Results Against OID Servers Are Different From Each Node In Two-Node Cluster

Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12c 18.104.22.168.0.
Two Node OID Cluster, for example:
oidhos11.example.com with oid1 instance port 3060
oidhost2.example.com with oid2 instance port 3060
Search results from OID are different from each node in a two-node cluster.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a group in OID using oidhost1.example.com and add a uniquemember to it.
Using ldapsearch against oidhost1 oid1 instance, the group and uniquemember are returned:
