Exalogic Virtual: IP Address Not Available For Allocation to New vServers Even Though It Is Not Assigned & Being Used By Any Other vServer (Doc ID 2355775.1)

In Exalogic Virtual racks, following issue is seen.

vServer which has set of IP addresses assigned is deleted from EMOC.
When trying to create new vServer with same IP's as deleted vServers , we notice that the IP's are not available for allocation to the new vServer being created.

Deleting and recreating new vServer with same IP's as deleted vServer.
