Symptoms
Starting with Oracle Weblogic Server 12c 12.1.2, OPatch is the utility used to apply and rollback one-off patches and Patch Set Updates (PSU).
When applying a PSU, the following error is reported where AAAAAAA is a previous PSU and BBBBBBB is the current or newer PSU:
