Symptoms

JMS MDB Application failed to reach remote JMS Destination on 12.2.1.3 in Dynamic Cluster Environment.   The same JMS configuration works on 10.3.6.  It is confirmed that JMS configuration comes from same JMS script and Remote Destination Server still is running.
