Additional Step for SUN OS and Veritas Clusters With 9iAS 9.0.2.1 or 9.0.2.2 Patchset (Doc ID 235703.1)

Goal

To state an additional step required when using Oracle9i Application Server 
(9iAS) Release 2 (9.0.2.0.1) within the Sun OS and Veritas Cluster environment.
The 9.0.2.1 and 9.0.2.2 patchset adds an additional dcm daemon process. The 
interposer LHOSTNAME enviroment needs to be added into the opmn.xml file. 
Failing to do this will prevent 9iAS processes from starting. Below is the 
basic steps to follow to setup and ensure a good installation of 9iAS. It is
not meant to replace other documentation, but provide an outline. At the
bottom, is the actual extra step that is required.
