Symptoms

Unable to create new WCC Rules

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WCC connector not working

- Not able to create new rules .
- WCS 11.1.1.8.0 Patch 11 is installed.
- All other WCC Connector UI screens are working and displaying correctly: Console, History, Orphaned Content and Configuration

The following error is seen in the sites.log:
