Certain LDAP Users Are Unable To Login To WebCenter Content: Imaging and Error "Authentication Failed: User <USERNAME> denied" Occurs (Doc ID 2357841.1)

Symptoms

Specific users are unable to login to the WebCenter Content: Imaging client.  These users are members of groups that have been given access to Imaging applications and searches.  It is only happening to a few users, and not all users.

The logs show the following errors:

<SecurityAtn> <HOST> <SERVERN> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '2' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <BEA-000000> <javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User <USERNAME> denied
