Goal

OIM 11.1.2.3 using Oracle RAC database which is setup with two database servers and bulk loading 45k Users using the Bulk Load Utility

As per this documentation, temporary tablespace have been created for the bulk load and also the OIM tablespace has been extended using oim_blkld_setup.sql.

But while running the bulk load, it throws the below error:
